We process personal data to operate a multi-tenant WhatsApp commerce platform for businesses in Ghana and Africa.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, password hash), tenant store data (products, orders), WhatsApp contacts and messages you receive through the Cloud API, payment references from Zoe Pay, and operational logs. We store WhatsApp access tokens encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM).

Why

To provide the Service, bill you, prevent abuse, and comply with Meta and payment-provider rules. We do not sell contact lists.

Processors

Meta (WhatsApp), Zoe Pay, OpenRouter (AI completions), and Moolre (SMS) process data as needed to deliver those features. Hosting is on our own infrastructure.

Your rights

You may request export or deletion of your tenant data by emailing support. Customers of your store should contact you first — you are the controller of that relationship.
